  1. Hi, I just found your page and oh my gosh I am so excited! I was recently diagnosed with coeliac’s disease and have been struggling with what to do for the upcoming holidays. I began looking for gf puff pastry and was so disappointed the shop bought stuff has rapeseed oil/canola oil (of which I am allergic) and palm oil (which I refuse to use as it is so bad for our environment and worse for the animals habitat in those forests). So I began to think no usual holiday treats and then in my search your blog appeared and oh my goddess, I am once again looking forward to the holidays special goodies! I cannot tank you enough!! I will be trying other recipes of yours also but it is the holiday ones that have me so excited and doing a gf happy dance! Thank you, thank you, thank you!! 💖

    1. Hi Shelly
Welcome to the world of gluten free and to our lovely community!
That first Christmas can feel like a bit of a side strike, so do reach out if you feel the need.
I’m always happy to advise and trouble shoot if you need anything.
      Best wishes
      Kate
