If you have a Coeliac Child and are looking for advice & support on how to cope with the transition to Coeliac life and manage day to day hurdles from diagnosis through child-care and education; eating at home safely and eating out; to supporting your teenager through to adulthood.
Baffled by new gluten free ingredients and all the different gluten free flours? Finding gluten free baking a whole new challenge?
I've put together a guide to gluten free flours and flour blending, which may help, particularly if you want to bake at home. Over time, I will also build a reference library to help understand gluten free ingredients and offer baking advice on how to use them to help re-build your baking confidence.

At Gluten Free Alchemist, we know that one of the biggest worries for Coeliacs is how to eat out safely without getting sick. Eating out can be a really important part of our social lives and being Coeliac should not stop you from spending time with friends enjoying a great meal at a great restaurant.
So I've put together some tips and advice on how to find and ask for Coeliac-safe food when you are out and about and to help you understand cross-contamination risk and how to guard against it.
I am also working on a series of guides to eating out gluten free in venues and places I travel and will also add individual venues that I stumble across.
